Dr. Scott Darling specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of hair loss and scalp disorders, vein and lymphatic diseases, skin disorders, skin cancer removal, and interventional orthopedics since 1999. A cosmetic surgeon with extensive experience in hair restoration, Dr. Darling specializes in both surgical and non-surgical hair restoration treatments, including hair transplantation, Follicular Unit Excision (FUE), Follicular Unit Transplantation (FUT), and Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) therapy for men and women experiencing hair loss.
Dr. Darling is a triple board-certified physician with board certifications in Venous & Lymphatic Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Vascular Ultrasound. His unique background allows him to provide a comprehensive understanding of venous, vascular, musculoskeletal, and circulatory conditions.
He is also certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) and a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI). In addition, Dr. Darling is a certified FAA Aviation Medical Examiner (AME), providing Class 2 and Class 3 FAA medical examinations for pilots.
As an aerospace medicine physician, Dr. Darling also performs medical evaluations for commercial spaceflight participants and astronauts. He serves as a medical examiner for Virgin Galactic, conducting astronaut medical examinations and helping ensure candidates meet the medical requirements for participation in spaceflight missions.
Dr. Darling is a member of the American Venous Forum, the American Vein & Lymphatic Society, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography, and the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine.
