We would like to provide an update on our response to the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). Our primary responsibility is the health and safety of our patients and employees, and to ensure we can continue to provide exceptional service during this time.
In guidance with the CDC and local health authorities we are taking extra care in the sanitization of our clinic and will implement protocols as recommended by these organizations. In order to keep our patients and staff healthy, it is essential that if you or someone you have been in close contact with any indication of illness that you schedule your appointment for a later time.
We take the safety of patients and our team seriously. We assure you we are diligent in wiping down chairs, surfaces, equipment, and rooms.
Please reschedule your appointment if you’ve had in the past two weeks or have been in contact with someone who has:
- Fever
- Cough
- Shortness of breath
- Travel (If you or any of your immediate family members have traveled outside of the U.S. and/or traveled to Washington, New York, California, and/or Colorado)
If you’ve had any of the above symptoms, please call your primary care provider.
What to expect at your appointment
- If you don’t have any of the above symptoms, check-in at our front desk.
- If the waiting room is full (greater than 10 people) you will then be asked to wait in your car.
- We will text you when your provider is ready to see you.
- Please, no accompanying visitors (including children).
We value your business and appreciate your understanding during this global event. We will continue to provide updates as necessary, but should you have questions or concerns please contact us at (816) 792-3400.
